Marketing that works, built in the right order.
I work the way an architect does. First I diagnose what you have and what is missing. Then I build the fix: accounts, tracking, ads and content, set up right. Then I run it with you, or hand you the keys. Blueprint to done.
Diagnose. Build. Run.
The Diagnostic
A full review of your marketing and a written plan: who your best customers are and where to reach them, the goal and the few numbers that measure it, where your budget should go, and what to fix first. We walk through it together on a call. It stands alone, or the cost credits toward the Build.
The Build
I put the plan in place: set up or fix your accounts and tools, install tracking, build your ads and set up your content plan, whether you are starting from scratch or untangling what is there. One price for the whole setup.
Monthly plans
I run it with you: content, ads, reporting and a monthly review, at the level you need. Or I hand you the keys. Every account is already in your name.
Five parts of one system.
The Diagnostic tells us which parts you need first. Each one builds on the last: the foundation makes ads work, content keeps you visible, reporting shows what it brings in, and search makes sure people find you.
Before you spend another dollar, the basics have to work. If you're starting from scratch, I set up your accounts, tools, and tracking right the first time. If you already have them, I find what's broken or set up wrong and fix it. Either way, you know what's working from day one. It's the same setup discipline I used on enterprise marketing programs, built for a business your size.
Ads on Google, Meta, and more, rebuilt to bring in customers. Spend goes straight to the platforms from your own account, so you control the budget and can see exactly where it goes. Ads start once the foundation is working, so they build on something that already works.
A content calendar and creative that keep you visible, without you living on your phone. The goal is a routine that runs whether or not you feel like posting: a clear voice, a plan for what goes out, and a way to keep it moving. It also covers reviews, since they're often the first thing a customer reads.
The software, processes, and monthly reports that keep everything running. 18 years of managing enterprise marketing technology behind it: moving customer data into a better CRM, setting up automated emails, getting your reporting right, and writing it all down so it keeps working after I hand it over. I also set up AI assistants that handle routine work, like answering after-hours inquiries, replying to reviews, and drafting quotes, and show your team which tools fit, how to use them safely, and where they save real time.
When someone searches Google or asks an AI tool like ChatGPT about businesses like yours, you should show up, and the answer should describe you correctly. I clean up your listings and profiles, write content that answers the questions customers ask, and check what AI tools are saying about you.
