Hi, I'm Caroline.
I've spent 18 years leading marketing for Fortune 500 companies, online brands, and banks, including Nestlé Purina, SmileDirectClub and Grand Ole Opry. Along the way I've managed more than $120M in marketing budget and ran a $50M portfolio of marketing technology.
Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium and Ole Red
As Director of Marketing across four markets, I moved budget from billboards to digital based on what the data showed, set up KPIs and monthly reviews, and built the team.
SmileDirectClub
Managed a $120M annual marketing budget and drove 700% year-over-year growth in leads and sales, including the launch into Canada.
Nestlé Purina
Led the Salesforce Marketing Cloud build behind the myPurina app, connecting 3M+ customer records for personalization.
A Fortune 500 bank
Moved the marketing platform from agency-run to in-house, cutting redundant systems by 35% and speeding up campaigns by 40%.
I've worked agency-side at BOHAN, Luckie & Company and SLOPE, and in-house at big brands, so I know what an agency is charging for and where the work actually gets done.
Plenty of great businesses have marketing that doesn't show how great they really are. Big companies hire whole teams to build and run the systems behind their marketing. Most growing businesses can't.
So I started Bellmark Projects to be that team. Today I work as a solutions architect for small businesses: I design the system, build it, and run it until the lights come on. Blueprint to done. That started with marketing and now includes hiring, through Bellmark Hiring Ops for Amazon DSPs, with the same planning, tracking and follow-through I used on enterprise programs, without the enterprise price tag or the agency overhead.
That $50M portfolio was the tools, vendors, and budgets that all had to work together. A growing business has the same problem with a smaller budget and nobody whose job it is to fix it. That's the job I do.
I use AI every day, from research to reporting, and it's a big part of how one person delivers at this pace. I can set it up to do the same for you: which tools fit your business, how to use them safely, and AI assistants that take routine work off your plate.
Everything works together
Every piece of your marketing follows one strategy and is planned to work with the others, and you can see what each one brings back.
Your accounts, your control
Ad spend goes straight to the platforms from your own account. You own the assets and you can see exactly where the money goes.
Enterprise rigor, sized for you
The same planning, tracking, and reporting discipline that Fortune 500 programs run on, scaled to a business your size.
If your business has outgrown doing its own marketing but isn't ready for a full-time hire, let's talk.
